Alan Aldridge is Principal Auctioneer and Valuer and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the company. He has been involved in the antiques business for over 30 years and following his father and grandfather Henry into the trade. Alan's personal areas of interest are Roman History, Numismatics, 19th Century English Paintings and English Furniture and Porcelain 1780-1930.
Andrew Aldridge is a consultant to the firm and carries on the family tradition of working in antiques. He has an honours degree in fine arts valuation and is a full member of the Elite Fine Arts Division of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, having been one of the youngest members ever to gain full membership at the age of 26. His specialist area of expertise is the valuation of Titanic and White Star Line Memorabilia, where he is thought of as one of the leading authorities in the World. His expertise has been sought internationally by major museums, authors, documentary makers and he regularly advises the BBC's Antiques Roadshow on Titanic memorabilia.
